At CountyComm, we stand by the quality of our government-issue gear and professional tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage to the exterior of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
